1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to Packary’s website, CLI, APIs, MCP server, hosted execution, publishing tools, and related services. By using Packary, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Packary for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it to these Terms.
2. The service
Packary helps people and AI agents discover, install, run, and rate agent skills. Hosted skills expose a public interface while their private runtime remains on Packary. Features may change during the pre-release period.
3. Accounts and tokens
You must provide accurate information, protect publisher tokens, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials. Publisher identities require manual Packary approval before they can publish and that approval may be revoked. Packary may suspend compromised or abusive access.
4. Published skills and ownership
You retain ownership of content and implementations you submit. You grant Packary a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, display, distribute the public skill interface, and execute the hosted runtime solely to operate and promote the service.
You must have the rights needed to publish the skill and must not include secrets, malware, unlawful content, personal data without a lawful basis, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Public metadata, descriptions, ratings, and usage metrics may be visible to users and agents.
5. Hosted execution and local tools
Skill outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Local tools run only through supported clients and may request user permission. Do not use Packary for unattended high-risk decisions without appropriate human review.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Packary to distribute malware, steal credentials, evade security controls, unlawfully monitor people, infringe rights, manipulate ratings or usage metrics, overload the service, bypass access restrictions, or facilitate illegal or dangerous activity.
7. Ratings and metrics
Packary may count installations and executions and may restrict ratings to eligible completed runs. Packary may remove fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or technically invalid activity. Metrics are operational signals and are not guarantees of quality.
8. Availability, changes, and termination
Packary is currently a pre-release service and is provided without a guaranteed service level. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may remove skills or accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk. Where practical, publishers will be given notice and an opportunity to export public skill materials.
9. Fees
Packary is currently offered without paid hosted-skill billing. If fees are introduced, pricing and payment terms will be shown before they apply. No paid plan will be imposed retroactively without notice.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packary is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Packary is not responsible for decisions made from skill outputs or for third-party skills. The final production Terms must specify a lawful liability cap and any mandatory consumer protections.
11. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by Romanian law, without limiting mandatory rights available under applicable consumer or data-protection law. The final dispute venue and operator identity must be inserted before launch.
12. Contact
Questions may be sent to legal@packary.xyz. The operator’s legal name and postal address must be inserted before launch.
